Naot Shoe Care

Naot shoes and sandals are extremely well made for durability. However, good care extends the life of your footwear, and provides you with a longer duration of walking pleasure.

Give your new insoles time to mold themselves to the shape of your foot. Wear your new shoes or sandals for short periods of time during the first few days of use. This will allow the insoles to gradually adapt to the specific contours of your foot and provide total walking comfort. You may also try wearing them for a few days with a thin sock to break in the leather.

The following instructions will help you take better care of your new Naot footwear:

• Keep your Naot shoes and sandals away from extreme temperatures.
• Keep your Naot shoes dry. If they become wet, wipe dry immediately and allow the shoes or sandals to air-dry completely.
• If the suede or nubuck leathers of your Naot shoes or sandals become soiled, use a shoe brush to remove debris.
• Try removing any minor stains with a mild soap. If the stain persists, consult a local leather repair expert for a professional cleaning product appropriate to the leather of the footwear. Test a small, unseen area before using any chemical cleanser on the entire shoe.
